In to the third period, with Rangers 2-1. Kings looking much better, but Rangers at home with backs to the wall!

Kings may have tempted fate by flying in the families for the match.

Post match video showed one Kings attempt at goal, (a push from short range) got beneath the goalie's legs and was inching to the line, so slowly! ... but ground to a halt, in loose ice, an inch short!

Kings SCORE after 8 minutes after a goal mouth melee. First time I think they have led before the third period in any of the games.

OK, I'm here by myself. No worries Kings absolutely hammering the Rangers goal in second period. Rangers goalie Lundqvist steadfastly heroic - player of the series (from a (probably) losing team)
