Can someone please tell me how many QFF SC and Pts for JQ starclass from Melbourne to Bali one way (for a QFF GOLD).

Can someone please tell me how many QFF SC and Pts for JQ starclass from Melbourne to Bali one way (for a QFF GOLD).

You can look it up for yourself on the QF FF web site in this table.

You can add on the Status Bonus for Gold per this from the QF FF Web Site:

If you are a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Frequent Flyer, you'll earn extra points (your Status bonus) when you fly on eligible+ Qantas, Jetstar, British Airways and American Airlines® flights. The bonus is applied to the base Economy rate:

* Silver Frequent Flyers earn 25% Status bonus = 25% more points.
* Gold Frequent Flyers earn 50% Status bonus = 50% more points.
* Platinum Frequent Flyers earn 100% Status bonus = double points.

+ On eligible flights with that airline's flight number on your ticket. For eligible flights, see clause 9.3 of the terms and conditions.

Dunno about that, my outbound points/SC's posted the day after; the BKK-MEL one's still have not posted. I have a felling if one doesn't put their 'hand up' for these inbound credits, posthumous may be correct. :-|

I had a similar situation in December when they took 18 days to post after:

• Waiting 3 days
• Doing an on-line claim
• Waiting another 10 days
• Calling QFF and asking
• Waiting another 5 Days
• After all that, they posted.

So this time I waited 18 days to see if they would post before putting an on-line claim in. I will wait another 10 working days after that and if they still have not posted I will call Qantas.

Well 14 days after putting my online claim in still nothing for the return, so I called Qantas FF.

The operator was able to see a notation that I had made my online claim on 7th March. She advised me to "wait another week" as JetStar are "quite slow" and QFF are recommending a 3 week wait.

Glad I don't plan on spending those points until at least June as I would be getting a bit antsy by now otherwise. :-|

Ta Duh!

the points and SC's finally posted; they are dated yesterday. The Starclass 5k bonus posted as well.

This some 35 days after the flight ...

perhaps they may have posted anyway; but I defy most to wait 5 weeks ...

These delays are bizarre lately. I haven't had a prob with JQ at all - my MEL-HNL flight posted the day I arrive in HNL, and the return HNL-MEL flight posted within 2 days.

However I've had issues with some BA & IB flights. It took 2 weeks for the return leg from LHR-SYD (via BGK) to post, and my LHR-BCN return flights had to be claimed online, and took another two weeks.

My Iberia flight you can't even claim missing points online! They rip of the main part of the BP so I had to send in this tiny, faded stub that you could barely see the date or flight number, plus my itinerary. This took about 3 weeks to credit ... although I did receive an odd number of points! It was more than for base + my gold bonus, but less than platinum, and completely different to the gold FF travelling with me!
