Wow!
I was already WP but got a letter today with new platinum tags and a new platinum card that expires in October 2015!
Letter says it's because I'm awesome and they appreciate my support.
Well, it doesn't really say I'm awesome but it does say that Qantas , to celebrate their return to the Gold Coast, are delighted to reward me with complimentary platinum till 2015.
Result!

Got my gold upgrade too,from lieftime silver last week .When they forced jstar on us ,I was a Qplat,now a virgin plat as most of the GC commuters are.
Really shld be upgraded,I must call them.
On the other note to show my loyalty i tried to book a flight via q club website for forst week november and it still points to jstar.
Now thats silly.
