A few problems remain:

1. SCs from award bookings (for Points Club members) don't count towards Loyalty Bonus

2. Number of SCs that must be from QF flights (for P1) don't take into account status support rollover SCs

I raised this with the FFSC months ago and they finally got back to me today to advise that it has been fixed, and sure enough the the Loyalty Bonus tally for me does now include SCs from Award bookings (Points Club). Is anyone else able to verify?

That's a step forward. I also see the QF award SC from Points club in my bonus tally, but they still are not taken into account for P1...

You might want to raise it and follow up a couple of times if you care enough. It took a couple of months to get the SC from Points Club in the Loyalty Bonus tallies, but it did eventually get fixed.

So an update on this: as per my previous post they fixed the loyalty bonus SC tally on the website to include SC's earned from Classic Flight Rewards so visually everything appears to be in order.

However, it seems they haven't adjusted the automation that actually awards the loyalty bonus to follow this logic as well. With SC's from Classic Flight Rewards, I earned over 500 SC's towards my loyalty bonus which was reflected in the loyalty bonus tally on the Qantas website. However the loyalty bonus never came through. Speaking to the FFSC, they've advised that the system has only included SC's from revenue QF/JQ flights and the total they are giving me on the phone is my total without Classic Flight Reward SC's.

Going around in circles with the FFSC trying to get this fixed now and they are looking into it but it is taking weeks. Has anyone else had this issue and did you manage to get it resolved? If you're a Points Club member it may be worth checking to see if you're owed a loyalty bonus!

Mine has also corrected the figure, but majority of my points this year are non-QF/JQ flying, so I'm close but not quite due anything.

I got two loyalty bonuses last year, all from reward flight SCs, so that's the FFSC making things up on the fly again, good luck getting it fixed.

My loyalty bonus just came through, and it's worked correctly (there's no way I would have 500 without classic rewards). However, I just crossed the 500 threshold today.

Maybe they fixed the system, but the actual automation only works if triggered after the fix?
