status credit earn with China Airlines/QF codeshares

I was just hoping for some advice. I'm in the midst of planning my next holiday to Taiwan and see that there are direct flights from Australia on CI which are codeshared.

If I fly the QF marketed, CI operated flights (e.g.QF 389 from SYD to TPE), will I get normal QF status credits and miles? (I can't find CI on the partner airline page so I'm a little stumped!)

If the flight has a QF number it is considered to be a Qantas flight and will earn points and SC on the same basis as if the flight was operated by QF (i.e. based on fare class).

Is this still true? I can't find the exclusion mentioning that only the QF codeshare operated by JQ and booked in L class earn SC (or something to that effect). Do you have a link? (Not that I plan flying JQ anytime soon...)

You may be right, I haven't noticed the omission but can't find it any longer.

Yes you will get normal QF SC’s and points.
It will be more expensive but worth it if you want the SC’s and points
Nice aircraft and we have enjoyed our flights with them.

Oddly it's the cheaper W class option from AKL to TPE
last question then, on QF coded flights will I have access to the F lounge in SYD? or will I have to go to other lounges which I have access to (e.g. AMEX)

I don’t have the answer for that unfortunately. Hopefully someone can help.
Returning home might be trickier, not sure if you will have any lounge access

According to the QF website about the first lounge eligibility, it seems you will not

Next onward flight must be on a Qantas^, Emirates^, China Eastern*, Jetstar Airlines+ or oneworld operated and marketed flight.#

One guest allowed and must be travelling with the member on the same flight.

Ah I didn’t realise that. I just presumed that since it wasn’t QF metal if didn’t count. I get about the rest of why they’re there
