1. I'm flying Air NZ with a codeshare QF flight tomorrow. Does anyone know how long the status credits will take to hit my account?
2. I need these credits in addition to the loyalty bonus (50 SC) to hit before the end of the month to make WP. If it takes longer than 4 days, is there any chance I can ask for an extension to my membership year or for Qantas to honour these credits?

If you need the LB also, and there is a delay pist July 31 in the SC crediting, you may need to get this manually adjusted by QFF.

Not I'm unsure if a QF codeshare on NZ qualifies for the LB as there are conflicting T&C regarding QF flight number or an eligible QF flight. I think probably should though.

Actually seems to be fine:

21.8.1 Members will be rewarded with a choice of a Loyalty Bonus of either 8,000 Qantas Points or 50 Status Credits for every 500 Status Credits earned on flights with a Qantas (QF) flight number (including partner airline flights with a Qantas (QF) flight number) or on flights with a Jetstar Airlines (JQ, 3K and GK) flight number (including partner airline flights with a Jetstar Airlines flight number) within a single membership year - up to a maximum of four Loyalty Bonuses per membership year. See the Airline Earning Tables for eligible flights and fares that earn Status Credits.

Why is it 100 status credits in business class between Perth and Singapore and yet flying between Perth and Jakarta via Singapore where the connection at SIN is either Jetstar Asia down obviously as all economy or with Garuda in business class is still 100 credit in total .as if the connection flight does not collect? That just seems crazy! Do you collection status credits on Garuda metal? It offers a Garuda flight number only...not QF. I find earning credits on QF really quite hard to understand!

It would depend on how that connection to Jakarta was booked. There is a QF codeshare on the Jetstar flight.

QF website shows no QF flight number. Also am I correct in saying even if you fly MH business QF actually only credit as if it's a flex economy fare? So one world of them! ,😫

So firstly if you're looking at the estimate on the booking page that often doesn't calculate SC correctly. You generally need to use the calculator and do each individual segment unless its a flight like QF1.

As for SIN <> CGK - that would be a non earning leg on GA. You'd need to credit it to a skyteam member.

The QF booking has a lot more options than their own OW (or otherwise) partnerships. Like you could book SQ connection from SIN following a QF flight.

MH has been low earning for quite a number of years now. Basically this table is what you need to check for partners for the earn category and has been discussed at length as to the pros and cons (yes there are some pros in there but they're kept generally quiet).

Varies a bit,

In the case of flights between Australia and Malaysia, UK or Europe; New Zealand and Malaysia, UK or Europe; and Malaysia and UK, Europe or Middle East Business will credit as Flexible Economy

For all other flights, fare class comes into it - I and Z will post as Flexible Economy, others as Business.
