Hi everybody.

Had a Status run booked CBR-MEL-HBA-SYD-CBR for 23rd June (Wednesday).

Was cancelled due to the Ash Cloud, so I called up and rebooked them for Saturday (25th).

I was adamant that it had to be a JASA, (I was booked in U Class if I remember correctly). I confirmed with the CSR that I will receive the points and Status credits for these flights.

Had a look at my Activity Statement yesterday and today, and for some reason they have got zeros for both points/SCs for all flights.

I'm gonna call and have a chat to the FF Centre today. I see no reason why I shouldn't be awarded the Points/SCs. This would mean that I'll qualify for Gold if I get the points/SCs, and I'm not sure why they haven't been credited.

On another note, the 737-800 which I had from MEL-HBA-SYD was one of the new ones with the touchscreens in the seats etc, I was very impressed. It was a great 737 (if there is such a thing).

I assume you mean June?

Sent from my iPhone using Aust Freq Fly app

My status run flights showed up day after flights taken, the bonus points didn't show up for 12days after.

This happened to a friend of mine (he had also made a flight change to a JASA)

He rang the service desk and they processed the Points & SCs over the phone and within an hour his activity statement showed a correction (as a separate line)

yeah this was a problem for me as well, they manually added the status points and FF points as a points adjustment which wasn't too much of a drama.

If you are on the double status credits promo, you will need to get them to manually add those double status credits on as well as the points amendments won't trigger those getting added as I have found out first hand

Did they show up with points or at zeros like mine?

Great to know I'm not alone, and that this has happened before.

I'll definitely get them to add them on manually.

Cheers for all the response. will let you know how I go when I call QF today.

EDIT: Spoke to someone at Qantas, the CSR is going to call me back later on today. He said that the Double Status credits will automatically adjust, I don't know how far this is true, but then he was like if it doesn't call us and we'll sort it out.

Reason for wanting to be on Gold asap, is that I have a QP membership which will be pushed back to when my Gold expires. (I'm gunning for WP this year though, my status resets end of Feb 2011)

Same with me. I had to change to a different flight on Sunday on one leg of my JASA run (TSV-BNE) and it has shown up as 0 points and 0 SC. Will be calling later today to rectify.

My brother changed one leg of his JASA...posted as 0 pts and 0 SCs. His other legs of the JASA posted normally with pts and SCs. He was also on the double SCs promo. He rang for a manual adjustment for the baselines SCs (and pts) and also for the double SCs. Made Plat for the first (and only??) time....

I didn't need to ring for mine in the end. It came up as an automatic adjustment.

This is a known problem, but I'm not convinced there are good procedures in place to pick the problem up. With my JASA's I have phoned to let them know - sometimes within a day of the posting, but another waited a couple of weeks & still no change.
So my policy, once it posts as zero, I phone. QF have always been ok with me phoning.
When I am on a double SC offer I also remind them of that. I do know that there is a "sweep" a couple of times a week to pick up flights that may qualify for the D SC, so this may take another couple of days to post on your account.
