How is CCO to CEO a demotion? If anything I would of thought she would of been out the door given the failings under her watch.Well its a demotion of sorts!
I think the next QF CEO will be Liv (QF Loyalty CEO) or Vanessa (CFO).A stepping stone to future Qantas CEO, perhaps.
God, I hope not!A stepping stone to future Qantas CEO, perhaps.
First QFemale CEO?I think the next QF CEO will be Liv (QF Loyalty CEO) or Vanessa (CFO).
I care nothing about the gender of the next Qantas CEO. I care only about their competence and passion to reinvent the Qantas we previously came to love and admire. I do hope the search for the right next Qantas CEO is extensive and thorough, considering all options and selecting the best person for the very difficult job.First QFemale CEO?
I think you raise a very good point here. If we look at the leadership of Qantas, excluding race, we can argue that they have quite the diverse team with its CEO being an openly gay individual, with a great mix of gender too. For instance, the current Board of Directors at Qantas is composed of 5 males and 3 females. It's clearly not a lack of diversity that is causing these issues. After all, you can't blame the illegal firing of 2000 workers as simply a cause of there not being enough female voices on the board, to say nothing of holding the airline hostage to stop a union striking.I care nothing about the gender of the next Qantas CEO.
