Hi all, my sister and I, booked on the same ticket, have flown SYD-SIN-KUL return on SIA. We both received our miles for the flight to KUL but on the return, only she has been credited her miles but I am still waiting and its been two weeks.
I've submitted a missing points claim via the Velocity FF website for the first leg (KUL-SIN) and waiting for tomorrow to submit another claim for the second leg (SIN-SYD).

Questions:
- Why wasn't I credited my miles but my sister received hers?
- How long does it usually take for miles to be credited when submitting a claim?

Thanks!

In my experience, SQ are very slow with crediting missing miles.
