At $7500 SUE Oz will shave too

So now we have one more to shave... my Son in Law Cameron. BUT he's insisting that he doesn't have to do it until he reaches his goal of $5000.

Some of them do look a little different though.


A great big thank you to everyone who donated and everyone who provided support. The kids wanted to do this in honour of Billy's father who died of cancer last year. Then Karen and Robyn got involved and as usual when they get involved it all took off. I personally wanted to get involved after having my own battle with cancer a few years ago.

I'm very impressed they they/we managed to raise as much as we did and all in about ten days.

Just to round this off.

A few days after post #28 the $5000 figure was reached and Cameron did shave his head.

Karen and Robyn did have to put up a sign in the cake shop stating that they had shaved for a cause and that they didn't have a nasty disease as they were getting a few people turn away and/or give them funny looks. Most people are happy with their new hair cuts and may keep them short.

Thanks again to everyone who contributed as it was a lot of fun and the money went to a good cause.
