Ive seen one on the way out of Perth called "The Loose Box" not sure of the cuisine though.

It's French, The Loose Box French Fine Dining Restaurant and Ac, and quite good by all accounts.

I still think Bubba Gump is a stupid name for any business.

One of my personal favs which I laugh at every time I drive past is Bang Bang, in Northcote, Vic. A Vietnamese restaurant with all sad looking animals in the window.
