Strategy to obtain US Amex

You don't see it under the Useful Links on the right hand side of the page (once you're viewing the transactions of a particular card)? It's still there for me.

You mean under the heading of "Your FICO scores and insights" ?
If so, that link takes me to the " My Credit Guide " signup site.

You can click into but you need to sign up to mycreditscore
 
My brothers has it on the app under “my account” is that it?

Good news, Chase confirmed I met the criteria for my Chase bonus. I used NOVO Bank to deposit funds, so I’m hoping that’s what flagged it.

Hey, what do you mean activate card received on Apple pay? We still haven't rec'd the card at my friends address in Boston for some reason. Approved 18th Oct. Also we had issues setting up the Amex US online account. The link wouldn't work.

I asked my Wife to call up and ask for card to be sent to us in Aus, she rang the GT US Global team number and she said they told her that they wont send the card abroad. This is contradictory to what ive read here though.. Any advice appreciated.

You don't call the GT team. You call the standard card replacement team. The online chat can provide you the number.

You should have received card in US long ago . I think they are refusing to send it to oz as they can’t identify you as you have never received a card before .request them to resend to US address by courier or post with tracking of possible .

Thanks. Also I edited my post above to mention that we had issues setting up the Amex US online account. The link wouldn't work so we haven't yet created an online account .. not sure if that has any relevance.

We dont have access to the online chat to get that number as we dont have an account and it keeps pushing us back to the AUD amex chat.

I think we just need to call up the GT number again and get her account setup. Then as blacksultan said request the replacement card be sent to our friends address again via courier or post with tracking.
 
How do I link my ITIN with my amex cards? I used to have a FICO score on the US app, but they removed it. I tried to message and call amex, but they said an ITIN can't be loaded.

What is the best way to get everything to sync given I've had the ITIN for 2-3 weeks and US amex cards for 10 months?

1-2 months. Wait for a statement cycle if you can.

I'm not sure if you were the one that applied for business card recently but I don't think that will be reported to your personal profile.
