DP

AU to US MR Transfer, a decent chunk
  • Requested evening of 25/11 via live chat from Aus account
  • Exchange Rate tracked via google at a couple of points over the next few days
    • 25th: 0.651210
    • 28th: 0.649701
    • 29th: 0.650730
    • 30th: 0.652571
  • Points left Aus and landed in US Account on 30/11
  • Effective rate of transfer: 0.649596
Can one transfer MR from an Oz biz Amex to a US personal Amex ?
Also can one transfer MR between personal and biz AU Amexes ?
Successfully transferred from MR points earned on Aus Plat Biz to Personal US Card

Yes. It's been a particularly good year imo.
There were quite a few very decent cashback offers and coupons available. Even with very limited credit limit I was able to profit a bit.

Yes I am still having trouble with BB, but Amazon with a couple of accounts works out very nice. I had to stop spending on the amex BB as I hit the cap
I'm still trying to figure out Walmart and I think I got myself banned for the year for Target 😅
I was lucky as I had new chase WoH biz, ABG and still going through 99x AU for ABP S4G15
This is my goal for next year (although maybe a bit smaller scale).

WM I'm still trying to crack the code. I got only 4 orders off

Target is a no go. No matter if I change VPN, US number, address or card it is all the same.

Be careful with WM. They frequently miscount deliveries and most BGs don't cover miscounts from WM. Also they only do in-store returns for a lot of items, which is a problem if something arrives damaged and needs to be returned.

Anyone involved in BGs for black friday?
I still cant get involved as all my orders thru Amazon/WM got cancelled. None gone thru, this was a few months ago then I didnt even bother looking. Just sitting on the side line drooling at those deals at the moment. Not sure how to push my order thru with them.

Is there any accepted safe velocity / timeline wrt applying for a chase ink considering a personal chase was approved 2 months ago and the first ink around 5 months ago ?

Every three months was a common frequency up until recently when they started to clamp down on approvals.
Was that 3 month gap only for biz cards or did one also have to consider chase personal cards ?
Also does chase do a hard / soft pull for every application ?

Thanks in advance for all your helpful info . Much appreciated .

It was a recommendation for people hitting Ink after Ink after Ink.

There's no hard and fast rules with Chase. Obviously, the thinner your credit profile, the slower you have to go. It is not the end of the world if you get denied, but the general advice is that you wait at least 30 (if not 60) days after a denial before trying again. Chase hard pull every application.

I was applying online for the hsbc us checking premiere account for my wife who is premiere in oz .
I noticed condition 3 for eligibility . She would not meet any of the conditions . However she does have US Amex card accounts .

Any ideas for a work around ?
What have others used ?
TIA
