Hard to say. The credit agencies do more than match ITIN/SSNs. If there's enough other matching data points (name, DOB, address, phone number, etc), it'll get associated. Don't know how many they need for that to occur.

Tried equivalent - get error code NH and have to ring - will try myfico

MyFICO asks for SSN, but lets you input ITIN - but then when you hit submit it asks you also to call

When I called Myfico for same issue they grab info from all 3 agencies
The fact equifax doesn’t work suggests there is an issue with them and need to call them and sort out first to get myfico to work

I have same issue where equifax is stuffed but other two are correct for me - my fico told me can pull from other two agencies but not equifax and so can’t make an account for me

Said that the details they have don’t match for me to post a copy of ITIN and address to them - did it twice and still can’t get it matched - given up - too hard to deal with them

I never got past the ID verification. So couldn’t buy. Tried adding Australian passport and then they blocked my account!

I believe it is the ip issue like levelnine said. I signed up a few days ago using tailscale with US exit node and they didn't ask for any ID. Transactions went though fine as well. Also used P2 card successfully on the same account. Just needed to do that Safekey thing via sms/email for P2 card, probably because of the name mismatch as it used my name for that card.

It’s only someone who is connected to your network - idea is it’s your network and you have connected your own devices
You have to have a device in a other country connected eg Apple TV work well
But if you don’t have family or friends will be hard
@levelnine has in 3 countries I believe which would be great

I don’t know how messy this will make things going forward

Any recommendations for a residential proxy that works? Folks on reddit recommend Oculus or Zenu for sneakers, but they are not cheap (US$60+/mth). Unless you have additional use cases, the few extra $$ from Pepper is not going to make it worthwhile. Wonder if there is a cheaper alternative. I tried proxyjet, but that didnt work.

I second this. Been able to sign up with free trial for $1. Then cancel. Wait until I have another invitation for another free trial for $1 to sign up.

I have a hyphen in my surname. It is correct on ITIN but these banks keep changing it by getting rid of the hyphen or replacing it with space so I ended up with 3 variations on my EQ credit file, xx_YYY, xx_ YYY and xx_-YYY. I did a test by using all 3 to apply and all got approved. There was a little issue with Chase as they kept saying there was some mismatched info but was approved anyway.

Does this code mean they ask you to mail in ID and still don’t provide a score ?
