Suncorp Clear Options Platinum $0 Annual Fee for Life

Got card last Thursday. Still haven't got the PIN (Wednesday). Not so impressed now, especially as the supplementary cardholder got her PIN 2 days after her card.

I got my Suncorp credit card on the 12th of November and still no PIN. I don't recommend waiting any longer for it arrive.

I called up yesterday and told them to post it to me.

My pin took a week or more. In the interim, I activated the card, setup internet banking & used PayWave when possible. The sequence of events could be improved. However, customer service is within Aus which is a plus.

I rang them on that Wednesday and was told to wait another day or so before requesting a new PIN be issued (as a week had not passed). That person didn't even check when the PIN was issued. When it hadn't didn't arrive on Monday, I rang again and when that lady tried to issue a new PIN she couldn't. It turns out there was an option selected, that was preventing a PIN being generated/issued. Bizarre.

No PIN today, so if it arrives tomorrow that will be exactly two weeks after the card! Fortunately it hasn't caused any problems, just one more thing I have to keep an eye on, as if there weren't enough already (just like everybody else).
