Superloop Broadband Referral Program

My Superloop referral link. I just transferred from iiNet; a couple of steps to do with my router and the Superloop tech support was great. All sorted in a few minutes.

Thanks to anyone who uses it.

nbn internet plans and mobile phone plans – Superloop

Edit: I tried putting the actual url in the text part of the link but the stupid forum software seems to think it knows better and automatically replaces it!

Edit 2: Putting the url in as plain text in the quote tags also triggers some so-called forum software intelligence. FFS!

What's Superloop like these days? Both in terms of network performance and customer service? Still an Australian based team?

Performance seems fine to me. Hardly any unplanned down time. I haven't had cause to use customer service in a long time so can't really comment on that aspect.

Network performance - no issues. Always rock solid and good comms when there is a NBN network outage (scheduled or not) that impacts my connection. International routing very good.

Support is definitely not the best in the market. Wait times aren't great, nor are the support line opening hours, but once you get through it's generally a good experiences. I have so few issues (I might call once every 12 months for a genuine NBN fault) I'd rather the $30-40/month saving over the likes of Aussie Broadband & Launtel.

Here's my referral link for anyone considering joining: nbn plans for home internet with unlimited data - Superloop

Thanks. I think I'm going to jump ship from Aussie. While I don't mind paying a bit of a premium, it's just not justifiable at what it currently is.

Can you still get CGNAT removed with Superloop? How "static" are their dynamic IPs?
