I'm leaving SYD on Friday at 0710, will you be around by then?

I will be in Sydney, but I have a meeting in North Ryde around ~0800, so won't be near the airport... I fly back into SYD on Thursday night, might be able to grab an evening drink depending on my arrival time.

Nice that you scored the PH - my favourite Sydney hotel... Some of the boys from work are staying there tonight also.

​kevrosmith Don't know how you feel about taking a train to Circular Quay and walking the 5 - 7 minutes down the pier to The Rocks (don't believe there is a cruise ship coming in tomorrow so the walk is pretty direct) - but there is a restaurant called The Australian Hotel down here about a 5 minute walk from the PH that has a wide selection of beers and more importantly (to me) offers a pizza with kangaroo on it.  I've yet to have kangaroo on my trip here so I'm quite keen to try some before I leave on Thursday and having it on a pizza seems like the ideal way to try it

Yes I will be there next month (May 10th-13th in NYC) as part of a manic 2.2 week RTW work trip
