I walked past The Winery this morning in the Sydney rain. As long as the reservation is on the veranda it should be OK for wet or dry weather. Otherwise lots of outside tables that were totally unsuitable in the rain. All I know about Chin Chin is it gets very busy.

The Winery has an indoor and upstairs section. They can accommodate a group of us indoors. Depends on other bookings

Platinum for me.
With April in Sydney, it can be pretty wet and The Winery looks like an outdoor venue.
Chin Chin would be my choice, especially for the group areas.

My comment was on the basis that if the outdoor area was a preference, but on the day it is raining, the veranda would be the best option. Daylight saving will have finished but potentially still pleasant outside. Noisy inside.
