Excellent night and we were blessed to have two new folks join us - Alief and Atleastonce. Now you don't need to have a handle starting with A to fly the AFF flag at Sydney trivia, so hopefully we will see some more wonderful new faces in two weeks time.

Umm equal fourth.

And with a team of 5 competing against others with 10 or more in theirs, I think a good result.

It just demonstrates that we, collectively, together, as a group, know more significant insignificant stuff than they do with a greater combined brain mass.

Or something like that.

Thanks for the fun. A great introduction to the AFF community.
I'm hanging my head in shame that I let the team down with my lack of US East Coast geography. I promise to do better next time.

May have discovered the best wings in Sydney* and have certainly found my fave Australian beer (hat-tip to markis10 for both those discoveries).

*disclaimer: have only had wings twice in Sydney but I'm prepared to go out on a limb here

Missed this before, but will try to come along for the next one.

Sydney Trivia Night 30th July

Question from last trivia night was "what company has stock exchange abbreviation of ZZ". Last night on Jeopardy was "Sealy has the stock exchange abbreviation of". Bang.....got that one before any of the contestants did.

Are there plans for trivia next Wednesday night in Sydney (03/09), if it is on? Planning travel next week for Sydney and Melbourne, and can be in Sydney on Wednesday night.

Count me in too. I predict a medal position!

re: Sydney Trivia Nights (Next One 17th Sep)

Ok, let's do this. Markis10, do you have the number to reserve a table?
