I seem to recall that anyone with an Oz accent is perceived as a poor tipper in the US. Brit’s are no better it seems.

The Cheesecake Factory had their tipping rate set on including the percentage on the government tax so we ignored that idea.

Ok .. so take out is avoid AA first transpacific …that’s what I’m getting here

I wouldn't say that. Have flown AA in 1st and Biz TranscPac and TransAtl many times. It is ok. I prefer Qatar but would certainly fly AA again if that was available on dates I needed.
