That said flight date, not booking date. The flight date has not changed, so still not eligible for the partner discount.I was referring to this remark in your earlier post.

Wait, I thought these offers do not count towards LTS and LTG.I only got the 1.5x SC offer, but I'm in (I'm sitting on 13,090 SC's so worth adding to the tally). Hopefully, time for some more double yolkers...
The T&C's only note:Wait, I thought these offers do not count towards LTS and LTG.
Yes I can read but your OP suggested you might have changed your flight dates had you known about the sale. That said flight date, not booking date. The flight date has not changed, so still not eligible for the partner discount.
I didn't say that i'd change my flight dates, but had I known about the SC bonus coming the next day, yes I would have waited and booked a day later to get the SC bonus.Yes I can read but your OP suggested you might have changed your flight dates had you known about the sale.

It's creating a totally unlevel playing field which in my mind is wrong and sends all the wrong messages to me.Targeted offers are certainly effective at creating ill will on the part of those that miss out.
We have a close friend who ‘received’ CL with their new departmental position.I'm not aware of any staff being made CL but I'd have thought the chief of staff to the PM would be a contender.
Certainly most senior staff (particularly those that are allowed to fly J domestically) would be P1.
Well it will be yolk and a half (which I have never seen in reality), but that's still better than anything. It's in place, now for me to pull the trigger on some bookingsPlease report back!
You recently searched for a flight from Brisbane to London. So we thought you might be interested in this fare of just $2156 Economy Return*.
Isn't the market offering fares at around the $1200 point at the moment?"just $2156 Economy Return"

With some people reporting that they've received offers, I wonder if that's it. A batch of emails were sent this morning and no more. If that's the case, it appears to be a very narrowly targeted offer judging by the small number of responses on this thread.
Why? Only if they don't like flying.ts the P1's I feel sorry for
Current Platinum (LT Gold) with a July renewal date sitting on 725 SC for this year to date and 475 to go with 10 bookings including an international one that should mean every flying discount economy I re-qualify.
I got a call last week apologising for recent delays and cancellations and indicting that to make up for that I would be sent a double SC offer this week - which I received Monday. They also asked for general QF feedback, how they could improve etc etc which all sounded like it went in one ear and out the other.
Did anybody else who received the double SC email get a call beforehand?
Unfortunately my travel for the second half of 2020, when I will need double SCs is not going to be organised in time to book this year, so I will get little value out of it
yup.... seems very, very targeted. I chat to and work with a lot of FF, most of which are not active on forums and none of them, nor their network reported getting the email. I guess the algoritm is anyones guess? I'm only 2 months into my 6th P1 year and this would be the longest period in ages that I have not registered for a general DSC promo. (I've never received a targeted one ). Without DSC and based on my mostly Y class travel, I'll be cutting it fine for P1 next year (need a "First World Problem" emoj! )
I wouldn't be suprised to see VA push out a general DSC promo in the next week to try & go one-up on the RedRoo - I think last one was 6 months ago.
