Recently we flew Perth - Brisbane - Los Angeles - Melbourne - Perth, booked a promo fare for family of four.
Received an upgrade to Premium economy from Brisbane - Los Angeles for the whole family just before boarding.
What a treat, made the trip so much easier.
On the way back Carlos from the LAX lounge offered us the VIP room, thanks Carlos, we felt special.
