Email the CEO, John Borngheti (not sure of spelling). For heaven's sake, you're paying a premium price. And you'd think that they'd bend over backwards to accommodate a simple request given their pitch for J customers.

The bottom line is that you bought a service based on a representation of its content, which has now changed. They are, at law, required to wither refund you or offer you a suitable alternative (Pt VI Competition and Consumer Act)

Good luck.

The 2 original tickets were reception tickets. The supervisor allowed for a change from H to J fare class (unknown to me)!i thought the agent was moving H class to H class (No change fee) that is where the $400 'fare difference' comes into play!

Options:
1. Pick another flight with H availability for your sisters and buy yourself a J seat on that flight.

2. See if there is H or Q still available on the flight your sisters are on and buy that.
