Another enjoyable report, thank you. It is 5 yrs since we did a trip through some of those spots-we were totally impressed by the attitudes of the locals during that trip. There was plenty of pride in their towns & heaps of smiles despite what was a bad drought.

as I got back into the car a Rav 4 came at speed and drove straight through.

That was a bit rude! - not stopping to see if you are OK, go across the water together.

Nice report; with the other Qld road TR at the moment, I'd like to go back to western QLD.

Yes quite nice to drive and comfortable.

I did predict with ball the rain we experienced that the wildflowers this year would be spectacular.They certainly are.These from Wombula Station thargomindah.
