I'd say leaving it in the bottle is the best advice for any Pinot ...

... still haunted by Pinot/Gamay based Beaujolais (chilled) in the early nineties.

Booking is currently for 26, with 25 "firm" confirmed, and drcam and travelnutjohn having expressed strong interest, so we are at ~26 ish, but may lose one or two closer to the day, otherwise I am sure we can add an extra seat or two... just maybe not 10.
