Cruiser and I have held two planning meetings, but are yet to settle on a date.

That pesky guy with the Kiwi racehorse name derailed the second planning meeting with tales of Penang.

I’m hoping that a third planning meeting will enable us to find an agreeable date, probably in the new year!

I was planning on having the planning meeting at OT to plan a function at OT - but planning is indeed a complicated procedure and as we were not able to plan at OT last week due to others in attendance then others joining us at our next planning meeting at OT will just complicate matters further
