The Johnson, Spring Hill Brisbane

I just had a very good two nights stay here, abt $250/ night. There was nothing in the room I could fault at all which is extremely rare. Everything worked as it should. Everything is placed as it should be. There was a moderately stocked minibar, a microwave, plates & utensils if you are so inclined and it was deathly quiet ( ground floor, at the back).

Several good restaurants and cafes very close. Downtown was a 25 min walk.

Both check in and check out were quick and efficient.

Will definitely be back.

I also have had their room downstairs at the back, right above the rear carpark. Whisper quiet and so spacious that I could have gotten lost in the room...

The only thing that I'd change was the (im)practicality of the bathroom: e.g. the hand towel was placed quite far away from the sink. But these kinds of little things are very common in the current hotel room designs so there's nothing unusual at The Johnson in this regard.

BTW, the map they provide as the keycard holder is cool. A nice little add-on.
