I'm glad you asked. Certain things, like the dinners, need to be prepaid before we get there. However other activities, despite being under a group rate, can be paid by yourself on the day (and you get to keep the CC points).

I hope that clears the discrepancy up.

I have just finalised the Friday dinner with Kinnon & Co, and will need to send names, dietary requirements and pickup locations (accommodation) to them about a week before we get there. For most attendees, your name was revealed in the bank transfers, but not all. I know you've also been posting where you're staying in the thread, but I'm feeling a little lazy this morning... so if you're not too busy, I wouldn't mind a PM (or public post if privacy is not of concern) with your full name, any guest names and where you'll be staying. I've already noted down dietary requirements from MrHyde, Katy and JessicaTam.

You are correct, I wil eat almost anything, but do prefer seafood when out.

I arrive at BNE on Wednesday 27 April on VA1397 at 16:30. I'm staying at the Hilton for two nights then fly BNE-BKQ-LRE on the Friday at 07:55.

I have a guest spot available for the Brisbane Hilton Executive Lounge if anyone else is staying there. I'm also happy to share a taxi to and/or from BNE.

Who else is staying at the Hilton before the flight to LRE?

I'm staying at the Hilton Thursday night in an Executive Room so will access to the lounge for pre-diner drinks if you are interested. I am only Hilton Silver so am unable to guest anyone else in.
