I just completed my first booking with Virgin Australia since Before Covid Era (BCE), and I'm suitably impressed. Why? Because I was able to login and book from my accelerate account and use a promo code.
That is a solid improvement in the website.

I'm actually being sincere, the experience was vastly improved.
the previous system created a choice between using a promo code on the normal website or having the flights count towards my accelerate spend. Adding an ABN when booking on the normal website did not get the flights recognised in the business travel account. Now the spend will be recognised and I can get a discount, all without having to do multiple searches to pick the best option.
