I think both will be automatic "go to's" for AFF members. Should we post in the own thread as a sticky and have as part of our new member process as a must watch :D

Have just posted a TR of the trip to my member blog, split across two posts thanks to the character limit.

So, here's Between a Rock(pool) and a hard place, parts one and two.

Needless to say, the trip went very smoothly - right up until the cleaners, engineers and ground staff decided to play up on the return leg. Thanks to that lot at PER, our flight didn't reach the air bridge until 35min after touching down, wasn't that impressed.

Watching the video I became even more envious.
Well done to all.And obviously a good job of editing by QFF-but that certainly should have been expected.
Still I cant help being

Video went up quickly! Looks good Qantas. :) I'd make a few comments, but they'd be pretty much along these lines... ;)

It's obvious that the interviews were done after the wine tab had been closed ;)
You know that moment where you see yourself on video and cringe - yeah, that :);)
During the lunch there were a range of opinions expressed - both pro and anti QF. None of us were backwards about coming forwards and I think QF and QFF took a lot of useful info away from the event. You are always going to get a warm fuzzy feeling towards people that have bought you lunch, facilitated meeting people you haven't met before and been open and candid with you.

..and a few responses:

Certainly I would hope - and suspect not - that they were "preloaded" with a statement or opinion to be made just for the cameras.

Nope. As has been mentioned, we were asked around 4-5 quite open-ended questions and answered freely and honestly (after several glasses of wine, of course ;)).

- The Staff Christmas Party video where they can show off what rubbish a drunken bunch of FFers can spout after a glass (or maybe two) of Shiraz

Hahaha. I went to a hospitality company's staff party once not too long ago, and they played a good 10-15min video of patrons acting stupidly/drunkenly at their venues over the past 12 months (security camera footage). Was hilarious!

Cheers,
- Febs.

Great video I thought. I chose not to be interviewed but can be seen in footage straightening my blouse etc. I wonder if you weren't on there Princess Fiona because it was difficult to understand the accent LOL. For me, on way back to Perth got upgraded so that was fantastic and in business got to sit next to Wil Anderson from Gruen who was coming to Perth for two shows. Thanks guys!

Well well, looky what I found in "Source", the internal QF magazine for customer excellence.

(RedRoo has given me the OK to post this :))

Cheers,
