just lately it's been an observation after the event than a forecast.As they say at BoM: “it’s a forecast, not a promise”.
This always freaks me out in Thailand. Stay away if raining.

Doing both. 3 more nights in Strasbourg then 3 nights in Colmar.It's definitely a great place in that kind of weather. Pop down to Colmar if you can and Riquewihr. A little early for Christmas markets but still very cool little towns.
