The Dulwich Picture Gallery

Both in South London, United Kingdom

The Horniman is a 'collectors' showcase, mad, but facinating.
The Dulwich has a sublime collection, in a beautiful gallery.
Both are just down the road from our London 'office', and a shoutout to OATEK who I think pointed out the existence of the Horniman in a prior posting. Where we stay is two train stops away, and we were unaware of its existence.

Have had a great morning around Cooktown Qld

Think @JohnM was on the Coral Discoverer last year

And your thoughts @ayebee ?
Overall, very pleasant and well organised.
We had bike outing to a village and to locals who take you through cave to where endangered langurs live. We missed them, but previous day they saw them. Of course those outings are organised by many boats.
Visually a beautiful boat with plenty of space. There is a spa (massages, manicures etc) for those who like that. Rooms are very nice, although we found bathroom design was more for photography than practical use. (Maybe I am just critical when it comes to form following function.)
One lunch and 2 dinners were "8 course" with multiple small dishes. Mostly very good. Solid buffet at other times. Lots of eating.
TBH I would have to research to determine price, as it was all bundled into a 12 day package of hotels, tours and transfers by our agent, which we went with as overall good value.
We did the 2 nights which provided a full day for some activities, plus a good amount of time for chilling out.
Noted some other guests did the one night which I would have found inadequate given the structure of transfers. If time limited, I think a hotel in Ha Long, and a day trip starting early would be a better option.

Thanks @ayebee for such a considered response.
