The view from my "office"

Arrived safely in Malta and I have an absolutely beautiful apartment.

The doors are wide open and it’s a balmy 13°.

It was dark when I got to the apartment so I can’t really see that much but I’m right next to an amazing shopping centre with supermarkets and lots of restaurants nearby. Early night and then lots of exploring tomorrow.

@Flashback should I bring the twisties back to England?IMG_6573.jpegIMG_6574.jpeg

Sure, why not! They're like the ones I've seen in an Asian shop (KL maybe).

The floating “office” is today anchored at Robinson Crusoe Island in the southeastern Pacific Ocean. A beautiful place. There were sea lions playing in the ocean right by the path. Extremely windy, but a comfortable 19C.

This block had small apple trees growing, grape vines and a large vegetable garden. It was if the grandparents who had looked after it were no longer around, so no one was looking after the gardens now. The “office” is in the background.

A huge queue when I arrived this morning, but luckily they hadn’t bought tickets online and I had and I went straight in. It was an absolute sensory overload.

I saw the woman doing the restoration on a TV program recently and it was amazing to watch her

There are so many amazing things to see in Malta but I find that I don’t really want to rush around and just tick them off. I spent about three hours at Mdina yesterday and could’ve spent all dayIMG_6547.jpegIMG_6545.jpegIMG_6484.jpegIMG_6476.jpegIMG_6456.jpegIMG_6466.jpegIMG_6470.jpegIMG_7005.jpegIMG_7004.jpeg
