I don't think I've ever added the views from my "home" office in Enga PNG. Here it is yesterday afternoon on my pre-Kokoda exercise hike around the village in which I spend most time. The village is Suyan, Enga Province, PNG. All photos are taken from my exercise track!


The valley view - Paiam Village (the subject of numerous of my previous pics) is right centre of picture


I wonder why it is I don't mind my exercise up here ... the views, perhaps?


I call this part of the track, Sherwood Forest


And again ...



The lowest point of the track is the Suyan footy field ... and my local footy team! Believe it or not, what you see behind them is the footy ground, rocks and all!

Oh, and from previous visits, my second "home" office in Nogoli village, Hela province, PNG. (the view is from the BBQ deck where we regularly see bird of paradise in the trees behind).

Wonderfully quiet and comfortable office.




Haneda F lounge. Pretty much had this area all to myself, and with an attentive shoe-shine lady who, presumably quite bored but after we had a good chat, doubled up by keeping my sake glass full, delivering fresh beef teppanyaki, as well as a couple of hot towels.

QM2 is coming back to SA tomorrow to Kangaroo Island Monday. Currently 8 metre swells in one of the most 'seasick' places in the world due to currents and swells due to the narrow passage. Bags will be out.

My office this morning was our Everton Wolves JAFL Club - working bee where only 2 parents and the Club Vice Pres & President.we filled a large skip with decrepit photocopiers, broken down fridges, fax machines and office crud. Then we painted the players room. Hard graft but well worth the end view.

From one community event to the next. Swimming Carnival at our School this afternoon. I'm swimming in the parents relay....should be interesting
