Yesterday’s view comprised of the main pagodas of Bagan.

You will notice the scaffolding in one photo. Many of the pagodas are still under repair as some sustained quite a bit of damage in an earthquake late in 2016. We saw information on the damage in a few of them.

In the right setting, it's hard to beat. Lunchtime on the beachfront on a perfect summer day is certainly the right setting!

It is travelling so maybe possible to catch it elsewhere on our travels. It’s on in Rome until April ‘18.

Another bit of a write-up. Hopefully it will continue so I can catch it somewhere.
