First class is in the bubble on WESTBahn trains. But no luggage racks and the o/h lockers are a bit tight!

Premium Economy (Comfort+) similarily no luggage racks…🤷‍♂️

So settled on regular seat next to the luggage racks down below. At €9 for 1 1/2 hrs to Salzburg - cheap! The S-Bahn from MUC to the City was €13!

A nice little trick is to slide them in under 2 seats (so 4 total) of back to back seats. Can often fit in a reasonable size suitcase there.

Yeah, but with two of us with medium size suitcases, didn’t want take the gamble. I hate schlepping bags around trains.
