This link shows me another person's QFF account details

Did anything ever come of this incident?
I eventually received a boiler-plate email about a week later from QF that said "thanks for writing to us.." and something like "We're TOTALLY looking into this"

Then about two weeks later... about a month after the OP of this thread... I got a phone call from someone at QFF asking if my query had been resolved and if I was happy with the outcome.

Call came in the middle of a busy work day and I basically said "Sure... thanks for the call" and had to go. To me it was about them closing out a ticket on their side.
