Hi all, first off sorry if this has been asked before.

I was considering joining PC ambassador and/or Priority Priv and wanted to get opinions on either before I decide, pitfalls good points etc. I see that some members also have been getting a bonus for renewal, I am also a priority club gold member, which does not really count for much.

I normally would stay at an IHC brand hotel 2-3 times a year for leisure mostly, I am also hoping to stay at the new IC in Fiji early to mid 2011, so both memberships could give me value.

Thanks all

R

If you stay more than 2 nights, then both the Ambassador program and the Priority Privilege program are good value. The Ambassador program can only be used at Intercontinental Hotel, not Holiday INNs etc and has restrictive BOGO conditions, the Priority Privilege program has offers you can use locally at IC/CP and HI's, of which locally you have two, so you may find the dining benefits handy for a local night out!

So does the Priority Privilege have any value for overseas (USA, Europe) hotels? From my understanding it's just AsiaPac region benefits.

I've already got Plat priorityclub status.

No, PP only works in the countries nominated, Thailand, HK/China/Australia and NZ as well as Fiji.
