Do we have a thread for sign up bonuses on private health plans?

Given private health providers raise their premiums in April, we'll normally see more deals leading up to that time!

Unsure if there is a thread or not, but may be worth holding off changing providers until all the policies for all providers are grouped into Gold, Silver, Bronze groups etc per new Govt regulations from April. I'm holding off comparing my insurance until then and sign-on bonuses would be a nice sweetener!
