Had a trip planned in Cairns upcoming in a few weeks for my better half's birthday which was to include a few nights at the Pullman and a day on the reef with Silverswift (thanks to dfcatch for arranging an awesome AFF discount).
Sadly wasn't to be as my better half's mum passed away on the weekend - I contacted the Pullman to see if there was anything they could as the booking was a discounted prepaid rate.
Was very happy that they offered to move it to next year free of change - pleased to see they have policy allowing for compassionate interpreting of the rules (and proactive employees).
