Hello - I recently made a change to a business class fare ex Bangkok, it wasnt ticketed for a week and when I chased them they sent it to the BKK office and it was promptly ticketed - got new ticket number.

Interestingly, the fare rules stipulate a fee for changes which was discussed with call centre when I made the change, and was pending on my credit card for nearly 2 weeks. Its now dropped off without ever being charged to the card. So, I've got a new ticket but didnt pay the fees stipulated in the fare rules. Will this be a problem when I check in or now I have a new ticket number it wont be an issue?

thanks!

Good question. I assume it would be OK as long as you have a new ticket number and the ticket is still showing now as being valid.
