Tiger struggling to earn its stripes

Tiger Airways has promised to work harder to earn its stripes in South-East Queensland following a series of flight cancellations and long delays on the Gold-Coast-Melbourne route.
Since launching three weeks ago, Tiger has cancelled at least four of its Gold Coast-Melbourne flights, angering passengers who have been faced with delays of up to seven hours or, in one case, an overnight stay at their own expense.
