I converted some Hyatt points to QFF on 10 February and the points still haven't posted to my account. I looked at my QFF activity statement from last year and Hyatt points used to credit in around 7 days. Should I contact Hyatt or wait a few weeks? Any recent experience from other members on the amount of time required for points to credit?

So after 6 weeks I wrote to Hyatt and they told me that due to some software upgrade it might take more than 8 weeks to credit the points to QFF!

"Dear Defurax,

Thank you for contacting Hyatt Gold Passport. I appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

I am glad to confirm that the points to miles conversion reflects on your Gold Passport account number XX. The points to miles conversion usually reflects on the account in 6 to 8 weeks. Unfortunately, due to a system upgrade the process might get further delayed. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.

Please feel free to contact us for further assistance.

Best Regards,
Hyatt Gold Passport Representative
