Timing Hilton Diamond Sign Up - Advice Please

Both the app and the web site are generic and work on 12 month period which can be misleading. What @serfty posts above at post #8 is my experience. This time last year the app and website indicated I would be HHD until end of march 2020 however after calling HH I was advised that my status is through to mar 21 current year+1.
