TK Miles&Smiles 2x Status Miles promotion

Turkish Airlines runs 2x Status Miles offers every now and again where specific destinations are eligible to earn double Status Miles.

I currently use Miles&Smiles as my main Star Alliance program, so would be interested to take advantage of these offers but the T&Cs are unclear.

Melbourne is one of the 10 cities on the list this month to earn 2x Status Miles. But I can't work out whether only bookings between Melbourne and Türkiye are eligible, or whether you could (for example) book MEL-IST-LHR and earn 2x Status Miles. And if so, do you get the bonus on the whole journey or just the MEL-IST portion?

The only thing that the T&Cs say regarding this is:

1. The offer is valid on Economy or Business cabin flights between selected cities and Türkiye.
2. The destinations, ticketing, and travel dates included in the campaign will be announced every month on the Miles&Smiles Instagram account.

I sent this question to TK, along with a question about whether the MEL-SIN route would be eligible, and all I've received back - after multiple attempts to follow up - is one-line responses telling me to look at the page linked above. Not very helpful when I've specifically told them that I've already read that page in full...

Does anyone know what the actual requirements are for earning the double TK status miles with the Status Journey promos?
