Toilets in international J

I'm not making an ageist observation about security delays, as you imply. My complaint is equally directed at the 20 something as it is the middle aged couple.

I didn't "imply" anything. The comment was a general one about which we ought all be aware: the median age of Oz's population has risen and continues to do so. It's inevitable when 70 and above, some (or many) won't have the agility they once possessed. This will, ceteris paribus, at busy times slow down security queues that understandably annoy you.

If you don't like my comments, don't read them.

Which are shared with Premium Y on my recent return flight to LHR and always had a long queue...so in my mind there is only one J loo at the front of the main J cabin which again is no good if you have paid $10k+ each way for full flex J...and again the loo is tiny!
Its interesting that you observed queues on the LHR flight. The flight I was on this week (QF2) had every seat occupied in J and Y+ yet I didn't see any significant queueing at any stage. Guess it depends to some extent on collective bladder control!

I did bump staff emerging from crew rest a couple of times who I managed to beat to the WC. :D

Yesss!. The aviation world is slowly returning to normal when complaints about J toilets emerge. Presumably the J product is of better quality than the Y product (and I’m not talking about the toilet🤣)

Happy to breathe the same air but not happy to share the same toilet🤣.

I still fondly remember the time I, as a J pax, managed to use the F loo in the QF A380. I was half hoping the F paxs would notice the difference.🤣

I’ve used the J loos as a Y pax many times. Looking forward to repeating same in the future🤣

It must annoy you that there are better airlines than QFi. Way better, including many from Asia.
Doesn't annoy me at all. I know you would love it too, but I don't loose any sleep. Let me guess, from Asia. You must mean, surprise surprise, SQ.

Did you know SQ blocked toilets. But I guess it's ok when they do something, because they are world renowned super famous could do no wrong SQ.

Your hate for QF is CRYSTAL clear and for someone who hates an airline and clearly everyone there, you spend an unhealthy amount of time obsessed with QF.

QF has a 5 second delay and you're quick to point it out. I notice SQ has had some delays (are they allowed delays? guess its different when they have them right) and you're not so quick to post in your delay thread. Last posted on Tuesday for SQ.

Anyone can post in the delays and cancellations thread. If it’s one sided and unbalanced nothing stopping a rebalancing post or 10 by other contributors.

We would have to employ a team full time to bring balance to that section of the forum. Have you seen the number of threads and posts? - all by the same member (with almost zero replies).

Maybe someone wants to increase their post count - it's blatant spam IMO. But whatever, if that brings you joy...

Still not sure why you are unhappy. It’s not as though only one person is allowed to post…You say the the job requires a team of people, so why do you expect one person to cover all the airlines.

I think if you are unhappy about the balance then maybe you should start posting some of your own.

I didn’t say I’m unhappy at all, and I don’t expect anybody to “cover all the airlines” (I actually think it’s a complete waste of time and I’d be embarrassed to be making so many useless threads that nobody reads).

I have employment, so I won’t be joining in.
