TomCat's new digs!

View attachment 154948 Please meet ‘Patricia’ (named by our grandaughter); the Golden Orb Weaver.

When are you coming to stay again? LOL

NB. She is completely harmless and lives in our front garden by the Spa!
Love it, she looks like a nice one.

We'll come stay whenever we're invited! As long as you don't mind my hanger on. :p

TV did some good assembly work last night; red goes faster, right?

actually I thought red was for the crazies who drive too fast and break the road rules

(Disclaimer - we have a red car but drive at little old man speeds)

He was living outside the loo window for a week; not sure how it got it (those screens are pretty bug-tight). Now he's living on the vacant block next door.

I’m not sure I should tell you that the 2 redbacks who bit me in our bed (a week apart) probably came in through the downlights.

Hangers on always welcome

Cute and cuddly are always welcome in our home (and I’m not talking about TV)

No down lights except in the bathroom and kitchen.

Never did solve the mystery of what bit me on the face but still have a red mark. Possibly a white tail, we've had some loitering in the bed room.

Something bit me during the night in France and we couldn’t find whatever it was. The pain was excruciating but didn’t leave any marks that we could see, or have any residual effect.

I was quite red and swollen for a couple of weeks. The redness is only just fading.

I got bitten on finger by something in December - had no idea of what or when exactly, so I assume in my sleep. Got infected and needed minor hand surgery eventually.

Last week, I got bitten on fingers again, same no idea how - I assume in my sleep. Right! Got the insect/ spider bombs out, and thoroughly gassed bedroom, ensuite ( both with downlights) and roof cavity. Cleaned and washed everything in sight.

The bludgers better not come back or there'll be trouble!

Sorry to hear that - hopefully it won't follow the pattern of the last bite. It was really nasty. Hope the gassing kills off whatever it is.

That looks better.
I’m so used to th dented door that it’s a bit weird, but definitely better.

That’s an interesting optical illusion or pralax view where the letter box seens to become part of the support at the front of the house.
House looks very impressive now.

Thank you. We’re really happy with how it looks. Just need some more plants in the front and it’ll be done.
