Transferring MR points to Asia Miles - Rejected by participant

I have been trying to transfer some MR points to Asia Miles for the past 3 weeks and each time the order is "Rejected by participant"

The Amex MR people are clueless and just offering to try the transfer again on the phone for me, which of course, just fails again.

My Asia Miles account is new, never credited/redeemed on it before

Thoughts as the Amex MR people are hopeless!

Starting with the obvious, do your names (including any middle name) exactly match in both programs?

Have you called Asia Miles (rather than Amex) to ask what the problem may be?

Assuming your details match try registering your AM profile again in Amex MR and see if that helps, the MR system was always a little touch and go and transfers often used to go wrong if there was a storm or you looked at your PC funny

Name match exactly!

Haven't called Asia Miles yet as I assumed the problem was with Amex and they were adamant it would go through on the 4th attempt
