Any help appreciated - I can't get a straight answer from Virgin !

I have a booking in Feb for a flight to NZ, that I made using travel bank credits back in May 2020. I booked it then, as the travel bank credits (in the amount of just over $2000) were about to expire.

Virgin have cancelled the flight to NZ and are willing to reschedule it for up to 6 months. However they seem very unclear of what will happen if I instead allow it to be cancelled and go into credit. I have been told by one person that it would immediately disapear (as its expired credits now) and by another that it 'should' be caught by the expiry extension.

Any help or thoughts appreciated.

Many thanks,

Brian
