Travel insurance for over 80s

We use SCTI.

Not 80 yet but they say will cover to 100. And twice we have made a claim - not massive but in both cases money back in less than a week.

One of us is over 80. Have had cover with Allianz for many trips including cruises. They cover pre existing medical conditions with an extra fee. Have had 2 large claims for medical issues that prevented us from travelling, both paid promptly once all the relevant paperwork was sent to them.

Fantastic to hear firsthand experience. Thanks for that. Keep up the travel! We are off tomorrow for 9 weeks.
